    Read it and am not surprised that it is in the secretive area of ‘business contracts’ that such ‘norms’ are depicted – measurable evidence that the contract is working for the politicos – and also helpful to them to suggest ‘no quotas’ rubbish. These people must be the most venal on earth.
    The WCA has always and will continue to be the problem – full of ideological crap provided by American insurance companies – possibly the same who are now trying to influence the ‘availablility’ of travel insurance with ‘clean’ health requirements. UNum are everywhere on these shores.
